I’m Ali Ferrari, REALTOR® and Team Leader of the Ali Ferrari Team with RE/MAX Southern Shores. I proudly serve the Grand Strand — including Myrtle Beach, Carolina Forest, Conway, North Myrtle Beach, Murrells Inlet, and Pawleys Island — helping buyers and sellers navigate one of the most dynamic coastal real estate markets in South Carolina.

As a relocation specialist, I bring a personal understanding of what it’s like to move to a new area. After relocating from the Northeast more than 15 years ago, I know firsthand the questions, excitement, and challenges that come with starting fresh in the Myrtle Beach region. That experience allows me to guide clients with confidence, clarity, and genuine insight — whether you're relocating across the country or moving from just a few towns away.

My office is centrally located in Carolina Forest, making it easy to meet clients throughout the Grand Strand. With quick access to North Myrtle Beach, Conway, Murrells Inlet, and Pawleys Island, I’m able to provide hands-on support wherever your home search or sale may take you.
